We chose our horses and ponies very carefully to ensure that
they are suitable for use by riders of all skills and ability. Your
decision to ride is voluntary and we cannot be held responsible for accidents or
injury.

Suitable
footwear does include – stout shoes or boots with a small heel.
Wellington boots, again with a small heel, are also suitable for beginners.
Trainers are NOT allowed anywhere in the stables.

Appropriate clothing includes gloves, waterproof short jackets, loose
fitting jeans (with tights underneath to help) or track suit trousers.

Please do
not wear long scarves, earrings or any dangling jewellery or rings with
stones. Hair should be tied back or secured in plaits or in a hair net.

ALWAYS listen carefully to your
instructor and instructions given by Riding School staff, and if you are
unsure, always seek clarification.

Feeding treats to our Horses and Ponies
is not permitted.

Never walk behind a Horse or Pony
All our staff are trained in first aid, and any
accidents or injuries (however small) must be recorded in the incident book.
Seek assistance from any member of staff if you have any problems. |
