Payment
We do not accept credit cards, so please can clients pay by either cheque or cash. Please note we do not accept cheques under £20. Please make payments before each ride.

Cancellation Policy
East Anglia is blessed with the driest conditions in the British Isles and it is only rarely we have to
stop riding through bad or wet weather. In this event, we offer stable management sessions. A full fee is
charged for this. However, if this should happen twice within a 4 week period, the second session is offered
at half price.
There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy – this means if you ride at 4 p.m, you need to cancel BEFORE
4 pm on the previous day. Failure to do this will result in the full lesson fee being charged
unless there
is a genuine illness.
